The Aurora experience was absolutely jaw-dropping! Staying in the cozy cabins on the frozen lake with low light pollution was mind-blowing. The friendly staff, delicious meals cooked on fire, and authentic Finnish sauna were super enjoyable. The flexible timing and activities like cross country skiing made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

The location of the cabins is exceptional, situated in the middle of Lake Inari, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding environment. The cabins themselves are cozy and comfortable, with great heating and a well-organized main building. Guests can enjoy activities such as fishing, skiing, and even witnessing the spectacular Northern Lights from the comfort of their beds.
One downside is that the cabins do not allow for the use of tripods inside while they are being towed.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Lake Inari Mobile Cabins. the staff drove the cabins to the lake for aurora hunting, and the 270-degree windows allowed us to see the beautiful lights right from our cabin. the main building had great facilities, including a kitchen where we could cook our own meals. the host even drove us to the grocery store to get supplies. the experience was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. We have great memories from our time there.
Everything was spot on! ⭐️.

Easy access from the airport, just a short car journey with no traffic
Budget car rental provided a full tank of fuel that lasted the whole week, even with a day trip to Norway. Helpful and friendly staff on site to assist visitors
Slight walk in the cold from the cabin to the base camp. Unable to see the northern lights during the stay due to cloudy weather

Personally, I'm not a fan of the twin beds in the cabin. But hey, I understand that some people might actually enjoy it.

The mobile cabin at Lake Inari was cozy and comfortable, with a separate sitting area where I could relax. The 24-hour room service made me feel pampered, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The highlight was being able to move the cabin onto the ice of Lake Inari – such a unique experience!
Personally, I would have preferred a double bed instead of the twin beds in the cabin. But hey, that's just my preference!
